To apply, distract your dog with a toy or treat and apply a small amount to your dog’s paws before heading out on an adventure or after a long day. Reapply as often as necessary. If your dog tries to lick off any of the ointments, do not worry – the products will still help even if your dog does like to lick. Allow ointment to soak in before contacting fabrics or other absorbent materials.

The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.
