They are constructed with generously folded, double-stitched seams, securely stitched eyes, long-lasting squeakers encased in sewn fabric pouches, and a thick mesh liner to reinforce the outer fabric. To ensure safety and quality, every FLUFF & TUFF toy is independently tested, double-scanned for any kind of metal object, and guaranteed to be made out of high-quality, non-toxic materials.

Before shipment, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.
